Every aspect of this retreat is designed to move you from understanding the Matrix to actually walking out of it. Here's what you can expect each day:
Thursday, September 10
Your journey begins Thursday evening at Hotel Viata, a luxury retreat property nestled in the secluded hills of Austin's Westlake community, with 360-degree views of the Hill Country and an atmosphere that is genuinely conducive to this kind of work. Arrive, settle in, and meet your fellow travelers at the Welcome Reception on the Laurel Terrace starting at 5:00 PM. This is your space to connect with the community that will hold you through the next four days. Following the reception, Aaron leads the Opening Teaching. This will set the container, introduce the retreat framework, and begin to show you the Matrix for what it really is. Dinner is included as part of the reception on Thursday evening.
Friday & Saturday, September 11-12
Both full days run approximately 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with a breaks for integration time.
Morning sessions focus on teaching and direct practice: identifying the specific programs and agents running your reality from the inside. Afternoon/evening sessions move into guided meditation, Spiritual Balancing practice, and group work, including a group breathwork ceremony.
Aaron will guide you into direct contact with the version of yourself already living in your desired reality. And we do this together. Because there is something that happens in a group field that simply cannot happen alone. You will feel it.
This is the heart of the retreat. Two full days in a container held by Aaron and a room full of equally committed seekers.
Two meals are included on both Friday and Saturday with plenty of time for breaks to grab an additional meal.
Sunday, September 13
Sunday morning brings the retreat to a close, but not before the most important work of all: integration. The closing session anchors everything from the previous three days into your nervous system and daily life. You'll leave with a clear personal practice, a set of pattern interrupts that are yours alone, and the tools to maintain the new frequency when the old timeline tries to pull you back. The retreat closes around 1:00–2:00 PM. A meal is included prior to the closing celebration.
If you need to leave before the formal close to catch a flight, that is completely fine. We recommend booking return flights no earlier than 5:00 PM Sunday to give yourself a comfortable buffer.
About the Venue: Hotel Viata is a luxury retreat property in the secluded hills of Austin's Westlake community. Recently renovated with a full-service spa (Spa Viata), resort pool, and 360-degree Hill Country views. Italian-inspired architecture, Texas charm, and only 20-25 minutes from downtown Austin.

Meet Your Guide: Aaron Abke
Aaron Abke is a paradigm-shifting spiritual philosopher and teacher known for his ability to hold space at the deepest level of presence. Through his work with the Law of One, A Course in Miracles, and the teachings of Jesus, Aaron has guided tens of thousands of students toward genuine spiritual transformation.
