Week 1 — Show up live.
Attend your first live session with Aaron. Bring a real question to the Q&A, or just be in the room. Then introduce yourself in the community and try our friend matching program. Most members say the connection is what they wish they'd found years earlier.
Week 2 — Start your first program.
If you're new to Aaron's frameworks, start with Master Your Mind. If something specific pulled you here like meditation or muscle testing go straight to that program instead. There's no wrong path. If you need help choosing the right fit for you, just send a DM to Kaitlyn, our Community Manager.
Weeks 3 and 4 — Build your daily rhythm.
