The SQ Accelerator is where Aaron knows your name, your patterns, and exactly where you are in the work. This is a small-group coaching program with direct ongoing access to Aaron Abke with one small group call per week, async Q&A between sessions, and access to everything Aaron has ever created.
This is where Aaron engages with you directly and personally on an ongoing basis, where your specific situation, patterns, and progress are known and tracked over time.
How this started
Back in 2018, right after my YouTube channel started to take off, I got four DMs in one day from people asking if I did one-on-one spiritual coaching. I didn't at the time, but it occurred to me that maybe God was pulling me in that direction, so I said sure. When they asked my price, I told them 50 bucks. I did four sessions with those four people and I absolutely loved it. Nothing had lit me up and gave me a sense of fulfillment in my work quite like this. I was suddenly gifted a beautiful opportunity to help others transcend the same forms of suffering I had once been stuck in myself.
In 2022, I started 4D University and had to hang up my 1:1 sessions for the time being. For the next four years I spent an average of 10+ hours per day on my laptop building out new programs for my students, pouring my heart and soul into each one of them. But to be perfectly honest, this was nowhere near as fulfilling for me, because I was no longer connected to the reality of how my work was helping people, and this eventually led me to feeling burnt out.
However, I had to continue creating programs because I knew, to my core, that the “final piece” had not come through yet. I was seeking a unifying framework to tie all my teachings together under one system — what I now call “SQ.” And after 4 years of work on this project, I am delighted to announce that the 4DU curriculum is now set. Since finishing the build out of the SQ system, I started doing 1:1 sessions again, and it has reignited my passion for spiritual mentorship and 1:1 work.
So I've made a decision, or “transition” in my career. The 4DU curriculum is done, and I will not be making any new programs for the forseeable future. Every single program I’ve ever created is now available inside the Student Membership for just $44/month (not to mention hundreds of free YouTube videos). Now I am shifting all my time and energy into mentoring the people who are the hungriest to grow, heal, and dive deep into this revolutionary work with me.
That is what the SQ Accelerator is: a live weekly coaching container where we learn the SQ/Menu Work system and do the deep, courageous inner work together.
Why we do this work
4D University exists for a single purpose: to guide you into fourth-density consciousness.
That transition is not abstract. It happens in the body. Kundalini (the frequency of the heart chakra), must rise through your energy centers and reach the Heart, where third density consciousness graduates into fourth. Reaching Heart-Based Consciousness is our baseline goal, not our ceiling.
The obstacle is never the energy itself, but what stands in the way. The SQ Test is your "map" — a precise measurement of exactly how integrated you are across all thirty categories of Spiritual Intelligence. Menu Work is the "medicine" - how you clear those blockages. Together, they create a perfectly balanced spiritual practice system between masculine & feminine, self-awareness & integration.
Here's how it looks
Every call follows the same rhythm: teaching, then application.
Each week opens with a teaching — a nuance of the practice, or a piece of the philosophy beneath it. Not theory for its own sake, but the specific understanding you need to go further than you could alone. The remainder of the call is spent working.
Live hot seats, every week. I'll take one member through a block from start to resolution while the rest of the group learns by watching, because seeing the work done well is how you learn to do it yourself. You are never required to take a hot seat. That invitation is always yours to accept or decline.
A private group thread between calls. Direct access to me and to the room, so that whatever surfaces during your week doesn't have to wait seven days to be met.

Why there's an application
I want to invest in people, but that means I want those people to be investing in this work as well. It's an equal exchange of energy, right? We're capping the number of people in this group because we want to make sure everyone who joins is all in.
The application is just a few questions about where you're at and how ready you are to show up every week. Once you send it in, you'll get your enrollment link the next day.
Want to work one on one?
This option is much more personal, and it has to be the right match. For the first time, I'm making myself available to be someone's full-time spiritual mentor for either a six or twelve month term. We'll have regular 1:1 sessions, we'll stay in close contact between them, and we'll close the container with a three-day private immersion here in Austin.
This is the one I'm most lit up about, but I can only take a handful of people because I want to do it well. It's the same application, so just choose private coaching on the form.
Meet Your Guide: Aaron Abke
Aaron Abke is a spiritual philosopher who teaches on the Law of One, A Course in Miracles, Non-Duality, and spiritual intelligence. He was a pastor before he took his faith apart and rebuilt it from scratch. In 2018 he was working as a personal trainer when he started a YouTube channel, and that channel eventually grew into 4D University. Every program he's built there is designed to help people clear what stands between them and heart-centered consciousness, which the Law of One calls fourth density. He created the SQ Test so people could see exactly where they're blocked, and the SQ Accelerator is where he now spends his time, working through those blocks live with a small group every week.
