I am delighted to share with you the culmination of a journey captured in the pages of my first book, “The Three Beliefs of Ego”. This book represents the full distillation of my core teachings on the nature of the ego, transcending suffering, and finding true inner freedom. As always, these teachings blend insights from both Eastern and Western philosophies, demonstrating the “golden thread” of Truth that weaves through all spiritual traditions. I also marry these teachings with examples from my own journey of spiritual awakening, and how these teachings led to freedom from ego consciousness.
