Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. By using this website, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website.

Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by 4D Fellowship (which includes aaronabke.com, 4duniversity.com, among others) (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:

At 4D University, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and transformative community where growth and evolution flourish. To ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our platform, we have established comprehensive policies, guidelines, and terms of use that govern your experience within our membership. We kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Refund Policy, Community Policy & Guidelines, Graduation Policy, and Terms of Use to maximize your journey with us. By creating an account on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the Policies and Guidelines outlined below.

Refund Policy

4D University operates on a month-to-month private membership model, wherein your monthly contributions serve as a donation to our community. You maintain the flexibility to cancel or pause your membership at any time, with the option to resume whenever you desire. Due to the nature of our month-to-month structure, we do not offer refunds for monthly contributions. Access to 4DU content remains available until the conclusion of your current billing cycle upon cancellation. We strongly advise all members to thoroughly review our terms and policies before subscribing, as membership entails acceptance of these terms.

Events and Courses

All event and course purchases are considered final, regardless of attendance. While most events are recorded and available for viewing based on specific availability, refunds are not issued for non-attendance. Similarly, plan and membership purchases are non-refundable; however, you have the freedom to cancel or pause your plan at any time. You can effortlessly resume your course progress upon rejoining. Please note that managing your plan and tracking payments is the responsibility of the member. Membership renewals occur on the monthly billing cycle determined by the member, ensuring uninterrupted access to our resources.

In summary, while we do not offer refunds for monthly contributions, event purchases, or membership fees, we are committed to providing ongoing support and access to our transformative content. Your dedication to 4D University is deeply valued, and we are here to assist you every step of the way on your journey of growth and self-discovery.

Community Policy

4D University serves as a sanctuary of growth and collaboration, and we expect all members to uphold the highest standards of respect and compassion. Our Community Policy prohibits the use of 4D University as a platform for self-promotion. Any instances of abusive language towards fellow members or facilitators will not be tolerated, as our community standard is rooted in unconditional Love. We encourage open and honest dialogue, and any conflicts may be brought to a 4DU moderator for resolution. Should a member's communication devolve into aggression, demeaning language, or abuse, they will be respectfully asked to depart from the community. Love serves as our guiding principle within 4D University.

Graduation Policy

At 4D University (4DU), we celebrate the dedication and perseverance of our members as they progress through our transformative courses. Our Graduation Policy outlines the process for members who have successfully completed the entire course curriculum and wish to transition to the esteemed status of Alumni.

Eligibility for Alumni Transfer: Members become eligible for transfer to the Alumni membership upon successful completion of the entire course curriculum, including all required coursework, assignments, and assessments. This will be tracked by our system through consistent utilization of the 'Mark As Complete' feature throughout coursework progression. Without this completion confirmation, we are unable to verify course fulfillment.

Initiating Alumni Transfer: Transfer to the Alumni membership is not automatic and requires an active request from the member. Members who have completed the course curriculum can initiate the transfer process by contacting our support team at support@4duniversity.com and requesting the switch to Alumni status.

Review and Verification: Our support team will review the member's account to ensure they have met the requirements and prerequisites for 4DU Alumni membership. If the member has completed 100% of the course according to our records, they will be moved to the Alumni membership, unless requested otherwise by the member; we can initiate the transfer on their next billing cycle.

Completion Verification Process: In cases where our records do not reflect 100% course completion, but the member believes they have finished the curriculum, we recommend reviewing their coursework and ensuring that the 'Mark As Complete' option has been checked on each lesson. 'Mark As Complete' is utilized by our system to accurately track course progress.

Minimum Timeframe for Completion: 7 months is our minimum timeframe to complete the 4DU curriculum. HOWEVER, you are not eligible to transfer to the Alumni Membership until you have fully completed all 3 courses (Master Your Mind, Meditation Mastery & 4DAP) of 4D University.

Cancellation of iOS Subscriptions: Members who previously had an iOS subscription are responsible for canceling their membership through their Apple Subscriptions to avoid continued billing. 4D University cannot cancel iOS subscriptions on behalf of members.

Responsibility for Membership Management: Members are 100% responsible for tracking their membership payments and the duration of their subscription on a specific plan. 4D University does not track individual membership payments or manage subscription durations, as member preferences vary regarding their contribution and course experience. Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings.

Community Guidelines

Our community is built on mutual respect and shared growth. Please follow these guidelines to maintain a positive and supportive environment:

  • Be Respectful: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Differences in opinion are natural, but disagreements should be expressed constructively and lovingly.
  • Constructive Engagement: Engage in discussions thoughtfully and contribute meaningfully to the conversation. Avoid spamming, trolling, or derailing threads.
